About Leslie
ABOUT ME
Otherwise known as the servant leader…
Leslie was born in Wolverhampton. However, from the age of 16 forged in sports arenas around the world. In that time, he has won countless sporting accolades at world level and gained many valuable life experiences as an elite coach and thought leader.
When he retired from competing, Leslie took off his track suit and put on a business suit. He was asked by Baron Ousley to give his support and help him gain traction through his organisation kick it out, which was set up to tackle discrimination and racism in football.
Due to his success Leslie was appointed to the board of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and Regional Development Agency (RDA) by consecutive Secretary of states, because of his knowledge and passion for making a difference (MAD).
Today, Leslie is a renown multi-disciplinary creative, social entrepreneur with a proven track record for improving performance and holding key positions across sectors. These include Business, Sport Community and Care. His aim is always to support teams and individuals grow and maintain their full potential, and purpose.
Three decades ago, Leslie took a leap of faith, some say an unconventional route into the world of business. He moved out of his detached home, into a bedsit to covert his home into a home for some of the most vulnerable children in society.
Today, more than 30 years on higher level is still the cornerstone, a statement, and philosophy on which Leslie’s mission, vision and purpose is built.
